Key to Happiness

Key

Happiness shouldn't be something worry about - that's counterproductive. But happiness just like other things, can turn into a dangerous level of complacency if you don't strike a balance. Little moments of gratitude and happiness can go a long way. If you're enjoying something, let yourself go and get as much as you can from it. Something as finding a way to thank someone can carry happiness for you both of you for a long time. Because worrying yourself over having a happy life only leads to a life full of worrying. Makes sense if you think about it.
