Automatic vision eye care

Startup companies now are making glasses with lenses that can automatically adjust their optical power in real time, which may be a disadvantage to people who are still young but this could be much of an advantage for people with age-related eye problems because they are making virtual reality less nauseating. While the technology is not entirely new - it's been used in smartphone camera lenses in the past, for instance, the idea behind this is when the glasses are not operating electrically, they'll be focused on the far distance, like a normal pair of glasses.

@mperkinsa0 Laser surgery and contact lenses simply are not an option for many people due to cost or their specific biology.?

@twatkinsa2 I don't see much of a difference except transitions don't click every time they change.

Superfocus was 'dangerous' to clean between the lenses (although possible with water and a can of compressed air to dry them only - no touching).?
