Problems with usb posts

Problems

One reason we use USB flash drives is not for huge data transfer or storage, it is because of their portability. USB flash drives might seem like old news to us millennials, but the best flash drives are portable, cheap, indestructible, and offers huge space - enough that they're worth having. The SanDisk Extreme USB 3.0 64GB flash drive have a transfer speed of 245 MB/s read and 190 MB/s write; this is the fastest USB drive. The retractable USB port makes sure that it's never damaged and you won't have any problems inserting it in your pc or laptop.

Imagine all the time lost by flipping flash drives. Add all that and this invention could actually change the world.

Works like a charm! Fits more snugly into my USB ports than the 2.0. The black part of this thumb is also a little big bigger than the 2.0, but this is probably due to the hole where you can loop a cord through it

@wgutierrez8 Finally got this in today, and I will start off by saying Thank you for finally creating a super-tiny USB 3.0 flash drive.

@wgutierrez8 Looking back, I wish I had gone with a much larger device that has some capability of dissipating heat. Its size makes it difficult to remove and insert.?

I am not sure what is going on now, but for some reason, when I try and write more than 32GB of data to this drive, it gets VERY HOT and fails to allow me to write data.

I do not know if this is a new issue or something that has been existing since I have not tried to write a ton of stuff to this drive in the past. Sucks that it failed so fast.?

@jhunt1e I cant even play any music

@jthompson19 Did not give me any errors, and I am using it on my computer and laptop.

@jthompson19 It does get rather hot when in use though. Even when idle it's a bit toasty. No problems after a year of constant use so I can't worry too much.

@jhunt1e waste of time

@jhunt1e Good thing I heard it drop, or it would have been lost for good. It is not a durable design for use on a key ring.

I never had the temperature.

This little beast is pure gold!

@dhunter15 A lot of storage in a small package. This small package causes a problem though because the drive gets hot when you are moving large amounts of data which throttles the speed.

@dhunter15 Got this plugged into my car stereo and it is almost unnoticeable.

@ayoung18 Works for what it's intended for. No complaints. Works every time.

@pfullerx Lol. ?I think I did the same thing when reviewing this. ?The program should be on their website. ?Just download and put back on there. ?Hope that helps!??

@cmatthewsl Ok thanks that made a lot of sense.?

@jhernandezm Hey there. ?You can make this into a bootable USB flash drive through your window's settings and backup. ?I actually just did this myself when I replaced my harddrive a month ago. ?Hope that helps!?

I chose Ultra instead for about 25% less - Sufficient and more affordable. Also has 64 GB and 3.0.
