Simplified hiring process

It's a question job seekers constantly ask - why isn't salary always listed on a job posting? With the increase of online ads and internet postings there has been an increase in the number of employers that are publicly announcing their salaries or benefits packages online. Compensation and benefits will now be shown in the job advertisement. The applicant will no longer have to go through the exams and interviews if the offer is not acceptable to them. Saves time and effort for both the company and the applicant.

why not be truthful about what you are will to pay for a good employee.

Lots of candidates may apply, as they have no clue what you will pay. The top candidate will move ahead, not understanding if they can work with this mysterious unknown salary, but ever so hopeful.

@kjamesrl Employers need to provide a salary range. If the pay isn?t sufficient, they are wasting their time interviewing and certainly wasting the time of the perspective employee.
