?I recently took up Zumba, there are a lot of quick moves required, and even squats. I can't get nearly as low without this knee strap. I like that the material is very stretchy, it would fit anyone I'm almost certain of it, and the material is soft and doesn't irritate my skin when I'm wearing it.?
